Assign a function key for Call Redirect (code 49 + destination extension number).
 20-06-01 Class of Service for Extensions
Assign a Class of Service (1~15) to an extension.
 20-11-16 Class of Service Options (Hold/Transfer Service) – Call Redirect
Enable (1)/Disable (0) an extension user ability to transfer a call to a predefined destination
(such as an operator, voice mail, or another extension) without answering the call.
Operation
To redirect a ringing call:
With an incoming call ringing your extension, press the Call Redirect key (Program 15-07 or SC 751: 49
+ Destination Extension Number) without lifting the handset.
