 11-12-07 Service Code Setup (for Service Access) – Step Call
If required, customize the Step Call service code used by an extension user (default: 708).
 11-16-01 Single Digit Service Code Setup – Step Call
If required, change the Department Step Calling Single Digit Service Code (default: 2).
 15-07-01 Programmable Function Keys
Assign a function key Department Step Calling (code 36).
 20-06-01 Class of Service for Extensions
Assign a Class of Service (1~15) to an extension.
 20-08-12 Class of Service Options (Outgoing Call Service) – Department Group Step Calling
Turn Off (0) or On (1) the ability to use Department Step Calling.

Operation
To make a Step Call:
1. Place a call to a busy Department Group member.
- OR -
Place a call to a Department Group pilot number.
2. Dial Department Step Code (2) to call the next available Department Group member.
3. Repeat step 2 to call other Department Group members.
