 35-03-01 SMDR Port Assignment for Trunk Group
Assign the SMDR port for each trunk group. This is the SMDR port where the incoming call
information should be sent.
Trunk Group: 1~100 (default is 1)
SMDR Port: 1~8
 35-04-01 SMDR Port Assignment for Department Groups
Assign the SMDR port for each department group. This is the SMDR port where the outgoing
call information should be sent.
Department Group: 01~64 (default is 1)
SMDR Port: 1~8
CTA Adapter:
 15-02-19 Multiline Telephone Basic Data Setup – CTA Data Communication Mode
Change the system programming to match the CTA adapter dip switch settings.
 15-02-20 Multiline Telephone Basic Data Setup – Baud Rate for CTA Port
Select the baud rate to be used by the CTA Adapter.
0 = 4800 bps
1 = 9600 bps
2 = 19200 bps (default)
LAN Connection:
 10-12-01 CPUII Network Setup – IP Address
When using an IP connection, set up the IP address used to connect from the CallAnalyst PC to
the system (default: 172.16.0.10).
 10-20-01 LAN Setup for External Equipment – TC Port
When using an IP connection, define the TCP port used for communicating to the CallAnalyst
(External Device 5 = SMDR, Entries: 0~65535). This entry must match the entry made in the
CDM setup with the CallAnalyst program. Default is 0.
 10-20-03 LAN Setup for External Equipment – Keep Alive Time
Define Keep Alive Time
Serial Connection:
 10-21-02 CPUII Hardware Setup – Baud Rate for COM Port
If the SMDR connection is made using the COM port on the CPUII( )-U10, define the baud rate.
0 = 4800 bps
1 = 9600 bps
2 = 19200 bps (default)
3 = 38400 bps
4 = 56000 bps (Set in PCPRO only)
5 = 115200 bps (Set in PCPRO only)
