Conditions
Each TLI(2)-U( ) ETU supports two 4-wire E&M Tie Lines.
Each COI(8)-U( ) ETU has eight switches (one for each port) that can be used to select
either Loop or Ground Start per trunk.
Each COIB(4)-U10 ETU has four switches (one for each port) that can be used to select
either Loop or Ground Start per trunk.
Ground Start Trunks do not support Caller ID.
