Programming
 16-01-03 Department Group Basic Data Setup – Department Routing When Busy (Auto Step Call)
Assign if a call to busy hunts (1) or does not hunt (0) to the next available member of the Hunt
Group (Department Group).
(default: 0)
 Refer Department Calling on page 2-277 to set up the Department Group.
 20-06-01 Class of Service for Extensions
Assign a Class of Service (1~15) to an extension.
 20-09-07 Class of Service Options (Incoming Call Service) – Call Queuing
Enable (1)/Disable (0) Call Queuing to the extension. This must be set to 0 for Station Hunting
to work.
(default: 1)
 20-13-06 Class of Service Options (Supplementary Service) – Automatic Off-Hook Signaling
(Automatic Override)
Allow a busy extension to manually (0) or automatically (1) receive off-hook signals. This must
be set to 0 for Station Hunting to work.
(default: 1)
