5. Install the adapter on the bottom of the terminal

6. Return the terminal to an upright position and reconnect all the cables.
7. Connect the stereo mini-jack wire between the ADA and the cassette recorder or audio input.
When recording using the LINE IN jack on a cassette recorder, disp switch 5 needs to
be off. When using the MIC jack on a cassette recorder, switch 5 must be set to on.
Make sure to connection the cable to the audio input (for example, on the PC’s sound
card). Plugging the adapter into any other connector may damage the ADA adapter.
8. Check Program 10-03-04 or 10-03-05 to make sure the system recognizes the ADA adapter.
To remove the adapter, push the right and left tabs to release.
To avoid any hardware problems, when removing the adapter, first unplug the line cord,
then the power cord, then any other adapter cables.
