Battery Box
1.6.1 Chassis Battery Box (2U Chassis)
If the power fails, connecting the power supply unit from the 9.5” Controlling chassis or from the 19” Chassis-A
to a battery box will allow the system to continue to function.
Each chassis (Chassis-B and Chassis-A) has two versions of battery boxes which can be connected. An
internal short-term battery box and an external long-term battery box. The short-term battery box will power the
system for approximately 10 minutes. The long-term battery will power the system for approximately 3 hours.
