2.4.1.2 DSP Resources
The CCPU has 128 channels for the DSP sender with both the base and expansion chassis. There are
32 channels of DSP resources (receivers) provided by the base chassis (only devices connected to the
base chassis can use them). The EXIFU has an additional 64 DSP resources (receivers), however, these
resources can only be used within the expansion chassis (devices connected to the base chassis cannot
use them). These DSP sender and resource channels are used for the following purpose exclusively:

When the CygniLink feature is used, the resources are split up into zones based on the network ID
number assigned in Program 51-01-01 : CygniLink System Settings - CygniLink System ID.
