SL150 Marketing Part Numbers
Use marketing part numbers when ordering SL150 components.
All drives listed are half-height. Oracle recommends a maximum SAS cable length of
six meters.
The FC cables are multimode (50-micron) fiber-optic cables that connect Fibre
Channel devices. These cables are orange with tan LC connectors. The tape
drive only supports LC connectors and short wavelength SFP modules. Riser cable
materials are not classified according to flammability. Plenum cables meet UL
standards for flammability.
The SAS HD cables support a 12 Gb/s transfer rate, and must be used when the tape
drive is connected to a SAS-3 HBA. Two LTO tape drives can be connected to one
SAS-3 HBA with this cable.
