9.6 TROUBLESHOOTING MESSAGES
This section allows knowing what to do when a troubleshooting message appears on the screen.
If the problem persists; go on contact your Orphee representative.
Re-start the Mythic. Update to last SW version if not done.
SYSTEM: INTERNAL TIME OUT
Re-start the Mythic. Update to last SW version if not done.
Wait before performing a cycle.
Emergency stop, please perform a control cycle.
Change the valve or check cable connection.
Change the valve XX or check related cable connection.
Perform an initialization or a control cycle.
Re-start the Mythic.
MECA: HOME NEEDLE NOT FOUND
Perform an initialization or a control cycle. Check greasing.
MECA: HOME SYRINGE NOT FOUND
Perform an initialization or a control cycle. Check greasing.
MECA: HOME ROCKER NOT FOUND
Perform an initialization or a control cycle. Check greasing.
Check greasing. Check needle belt mechanic tension.
Check greasing. Check waste tubing.
Check greasing. Check white motor wheel state.
MECA: NEEDLE NOT IN TOP POSITION
Perform a control cycle. Check needle sensor/cable sensor.
Perform a clean cycle.
Perform a rinse cycle. Rinse baths.
Perform a new start up cycle.
CYCLE: FLUIDIC DOOR OPENED
Close the Fluidic door. Run Control cycle.
Re-start the Mythic. Update to last SW version if not done.
Replace the container and perform a prime Diluent.
Replace the bottle and perform a prime Lyse.
Replace the bottle and perform a prime Cleaner.
Replace the waste container. Reset waste counter.
THE DILUENT USED IS OUT OF DATE
Replace the container and perform a prime Diluent.
THE LYSE USED IS OUT OF DATE
Replace the bottle and perform a prime Lyse.
THE CLEANER USED IS OUT OF DATE
Replace the bottle and perform a prime Cleaner.
Wait before performing a cycle. If persisting, re-start the
Mythic. Update to last SW version if not done.
Switch on the printer or invalidate the printings.
