USER INTERFACE
Original Instructions
The page contains the following fields and controls:
Sensor
Select a sensor from a drop-down menu. Selecting a sensor enables other controls
on the page.

Heat (%)
Select Manual or Automatic control of the heater. If Manual is selected, set a
percentage output power for the heater in the numeric field.
Flow (%)
Select Manual or Automatic control of the gas-flow controller. If Manual is selected,
set a percentage flow in the numeric field.
Set (K)
If the Heat (%) field is set to Auto, set a temperature setpoint (in Kelvin) in this field.
PID
Select either Manual or Automatic PID values (see Chapter 12 for information on PID
control loops).
P
If PID is set to Manual, enter a P parameter value (in K) in this field.
If PID is set to Automatic, this field displays the P parameter value that has been
obtained from the PID table.
I
If PID is set to Manual, enter an I parameter value (in minutes) in this field.
If PID is set to Automatic, this field displays the I parameter value that has been
obtained from the PID table.
D
If PID is set to Manual, enter a D parameter value (in minutes) in this field.
If PID is set to Automatic, this field displays the D parameter value that has been
obtained from the PID table.
Sweep button
Tap once to program temperature sweeps (see Section 3.2.15). This button is only
active if Heat is set to Auto.
