"Average"
The power level set with the parameter "Status Bar > Level" is the
average RMS power of the complete signal.
The absolute power of a subframe depends on the configuration of
the remaining signal. In fully allocated frames, the average RMS
value applies for all subframes. If the frames are partly allocated, the
absolute RMS power within an allocated subframe is greater than the
displayed RMS value ("Status Bar > Level").

Example:
If "Status Bar > Level" = -10 dBm, the RMS power measured with a
power sensor in both cases is:
