"Average Active Subframes"
The power level set with the parameter "Status Bar > Level" is the
average power in all allocated subframes.
Thus, the absolute power of the allocated subframe depends only on
the configuration of the remaining allocated signal.

Level = "Status Bar > Level"
Example:
If "Status Bar > Level" = -10 dBm, the RMS power measured with a
power sensor in both cases is:

= -14.5 dBm
This mode is usefully if a specific SNR is required for a particular
channel but this channel is not transmitted in every subframe.
