 Configuring the ACS URL for CMWP Connection
 This configuration is optional on the CPE.
 Only one ACS URL can be configured. If multiple are configured, the latest configuration is applied. The ACS URL must
be in HTTP format.

Usage Guide
If the ACS URL is not configured but obtained through DHCP, CPEs will use this dynamic URL to initiate
connection to the ACS. The ACS URL must:
 Be in format of http://host[:port]/path or https://host[:port]/path.
 Contain 256 characters at most.
