1) Temperature brew water Dark roasted coffee 90-95°C
Light to medium roasted coffee: 85-88°C
70-99°C Standard setting 90°C
2) Temperature hot water Sets the hot water temperature. 70-99°C Standard setting 95°C
Always visible, even while
hot water is being dispen-
sed from the coffee boiler.
3) Temperature steam Super steam, Fine steam, Auto steam set-
tings:
Enter 135°C.
Milk Smart setting:
Enter 132°C (for SCATouchIT & SCA-
PTouchIT; 2 kW or 3 kW boiler).
Normal steam setting:
Enter 135°C.
Milk system CS:
Entry of 135°C (including combinations
with Powersteam/Autosteam, for exam-
ple)
115-140°C Standard setting 135°C.
Always visible, even while
hot water is being dispen-
sed from the coffee boiler.
The set minimum tempe-
rature is 120 °C.
Dispensing is stopped if
below 115°C.
The switch-on/switch-off
difference is set to 10°C.
4) 2x Click If set to "ON":
2x short presses on the beverage button
within 1 sec causes a double beverage to
be dispensed.
On/off The standard setting is
"OFF".
As a precondition, the "07
Dispensing mode" para-
meter for "Double bevera-
ges" must be selected.

5) Standby after clean If set to "ON":
The machine automatically changes to
"Standby" after cleaning.
On/off The standard setting is
"OFF".
If the "6 Flush coffee"
parameter is activated, a
flush coffee is dispensed
the next day.
6) Flush coffee If set to "ON":
A flush coffee is dispensed immediately after
cleaning.
An espresso beverage setting is required for
the flush coffee.
On/off The standard setting is
"OFF".
This setting is useful for
24 h operation.
It avoids a "Water flow er-
ror" when the first coffee is
dispensed after cleaning.
