14) On/Off with CHEF card Switching the machine on or off is primarily
possible with the CHEF card.
If set to "ON":
► Insert the CHEF card.
► Pull the CHEF card back out.
The machine switches on.
► Insert the CHEF card.
A selection of [OK] and [Cancel] is
displayed.
Option 1: [OK]
► Select [OK].
The machine switches off.
Option 2: [Cancel]
► Select [Cancel].
The "CHEF card configuration" menu
is displayed.
On/off The standard setting is
"OFF".
15) Decaffeinated source Selection of the source for decaffeinated cof-
fee:
If the [DECAF] field or the lid for manual filling
is actuated, the "DECAF" source defined
here is used to prepare the coffee.

together with the [DECAF]
field or, alternatively, with
the inlet sensor for manual
filling.
16) DECAF cap detection Cap detection at manual inlet:
Activates or deactivates cap detection at the
manual inlet for ground coffee.
Cap detection is switched on:
Deactivate the [DECAF] field using the "5
DECAF button visible" parameter.
On/off The standard setting is
"ON".
The "18 DECAF inlet sen-
sor" system parameter
must be activated.
17) Water tank supply Drinking water tank option with sensor moni-
toring:
If an external drinking water tank is installed
with a monitor, this parameter must be swit-
ched on.
On/off Correct "pre-infusion" is
only possible with Schae-
rer drinking and waste wa-
ter tanks.
18) Waste water tank Option with external waste water tank from
Schaerer with sensor monitoring:
If an external waste water tank is installed,
this parameter must be switched on.
