INFORMATION
• Route signal cables for addressing the digital inputs and contact monitoring sepa-
rately from one another.
• Route power cables separately from signal cables.
• Use shielded, twisted pair cables with sufficient cable cross sections for all signal
cables.
• It is essential that you adhere to the ambient conditions as specified in chapter
"Technical Data".
INFORMATION
MOVISAFE
®
DCS..B communicates with MOVIDRIVE
®
B via internal CAN bus. The
baud rate in MOVIDRIVE
®
B is set to 500 kBaud and cannot be changed. This means
a maximum transmission rate of 500 kBaud is available for other nodes on the SBus
1 (e.g. DH..B controller).
INFORMATION
• The DCS..B option cannot be used with the DHP11B controller.
• The DCS..B option can be used with the DHE41B controller if the IEC program of
the DHE41B option was created with a version ≥ 2040.
• The DCS..B option can only be used with the DHF41B/DHR41B controller if
– the DHF41B/DHR41B option is installed in the external housing UOH
– the IEC program of the DHF41B/DHR41B option was created with a version
≥ 2040
Options DCS..B and DHF41B/DHR41B cannot be installed at the same time in
MOVIDRIVE
®
B because there is only one expansion slot.
• Note when operating the DH..B controller together with the DCS..B option:
