Thank you for purchasing a SHIMADZU medical system. Prior to using this unit,
be sure to read these “Safety Instructions” carefully and operate the equipment
within its design specifications.
The meanings of the following precaution and prohibition terms used in the
operation manual are defined as below:
Safety Instruction Meanings
DANGER
Indicates a direct danger that may cause death
or serious injury if it is not avoided.
WARNING
Indicates an indirect or potential danger that
may cause death or serious injury if it is not
avoided.
CAUTION
Indicates a danger that may cause slight or
medium degree of injury, or may cause
equipment damage or fire if it is not avoided.
NOTE
Indicates information useful for correct system
operation.
Indications for Use
All procedures that use the Mobile DaRt must be prescribed by a physician and
treatment determined by qualified personnel (i.e. Radiological Technician).
The MUX100D is not labeled or intended for home use. It is intended to be used
in a hospital environment by qualified personnel.
The MUX100D is not shipped as a sterile device, as indicated by labeling.
