5.1 Remote Controller
Infrared remote controller can operate the X-ray exposure and collimator.
NOTE
The remote controller is operated by infrared radiation. When making
exposures with the remote controller, make sure that other devices are not
being remotely controlled in the room.
Also, make sure that bright lights such as examination lamps are not directly
striking the photo-receptor.
How to operate the system using the remote controller
1. Press the “Remote controller switch” on the X-ray control panel
to turn on the LED.
2. Press the “Exposure preparation switch” ① while aiming the remote
controller at the remote controller receiver. Operational state
indicator light is blinking Green.
3. Press down the “Exposure preparation switch” ①, and wait until the
“Exposure preparation lamp” is turned on.
After a while the “Exposure preparation lamp” on the X-ray control
panel illuminates and the preparation for the exposure finishes.
Operational state indicator light is Green.
NOTE
When the DR system is used to exposure, after checking the DR system
Ready display, perform X-ray exposure. If the DR system’s [Ready]
processing is not completed and X-ray exposure is performed, the error
“F68” will appear and imaging will not be possible.
4. Press the “Exposure switch” ② while pressing the “Exposure
preparation switch” ①.
Then, the X-ray exposure will be made. Operational state indicator
light is Orange.
