4.7 Making an X-ray Exposure
NOTE
Before exposure of X-ray irradiation, the X-ray tube unit (called aging times,)
and operation are required. Since it is aging with reference to "6.3 Aging of
an X-ray tube", please perform X-ray exposure. If aging is inadequate, X-ray
tube unit may discharge at the time of X-ray exposure.
NOTE
X-ray exposure can be made only when the “Tube Arm Lock” is released.
Before making an exposure, make sure that the “Ready” message appears
on Color Touch Panel Display.
NOTE
If the power plug is connected to power outlet, X-ray exposure cannot be
made - remove the power plug from the outlet.
NOTE
While the system is moving, X-ray exposure cannot be made. Release your
hold on the driving handle bar and small movement switches and then X-ray
exposure can be made.
NOTE
During X-ray exposure, if the distance piece attached at the bottom of the
collimator is deformed inward, it may enter the irradiation field. If it is, return
the distance piece to its normal form.
NOTE
After checking the DR system’s Ready display, perform X-ray imaging. If the
DR system’s [Ready] processing is not completed and X-ray exposure is
performed, the error “F68” will appear and imaging will not be possible.
NOTE
The longest X-ray exposure time of the FPD radiography is 1000msec. Make
a X-ray exposure of GR radiography when the X-ray exposure time exceeds
1000msec.
