Write Digital Output Settings
The following request message is sent by the application to the UE410-EN to set the digital

utputs:

Command WORD 00F2hex = Write digital output settings
Digital output 1

WORD 0 = Disable digital output 1 (OFF)
1 = Enable digital output 1 (ON)
