5 REPAIRS
8 Fit new mirror plate with new O-ring.

9 Fit the lower mirror plate.

10 Screw the lower mirror plate tight.
11 Screw the lower cell cover plate tight.
12 Position the tubes sealing rings.
13 Refit the cell (see Chapter “Fitting the complete cell”, page 18).
14 Connect the MCS200HW power supply.
15 Switch the MCS200HW on.
16 Allow the MCS200HW to heat up (for at least 2 hours).
17 Perform zero point adjustment (see Chapter “Adjusting the zero point”, page 128).
18 Check reference energy (see Chapter “Reference energy check”, page 47).

NOTE: Material damage
Protect mirror plates from insulation particles. Do not touch the insulation material.
Observe alignment: Align the labeled side of the mirror plate to the front of the cell inlet
filter.
