Scale parameters and functions of the belt scale
8.22 DR 30 Process state
SIWAREX WP241
122 Manual, 04/2014, A5E33713528A
Current states and process values in the scales can be monitored using process values and
advanced process values from data record DR 31. Monitoring selected data during
commissioning is extremely useful as it helps you to optimize parameters.
● Read data record DR 30 cyclically or on a time-triggered basis
● Display/analyze the required tags
It is not always necessary to cyclically read data record DR 30. The most important process
variables are already cyclically transferred via the SIMATIC I/O interface.
For Modbus communication with a Modbus master, data record DR 30 (a tag area is read)
must be polled for you to receive the current data on the status of the scale.
