Error message: Ring sw. error
The position of the locking ring or locking bolt (40 – 55 l devices)
is incorrect according to the ring switch
(
see chapter 3.3, “Door lock”)
Common causes of errors:
Important!
The position of the ring switches
is only very rarely the cause of this error!
- Internal compressed air supply defective
6 – 7 bar on manometer P2?
(check R6, M3, SW1)
- Check valves Y13, Y10a/b for correct functionality and leaks
- Set the needle valves (NR1/2) on the scissor mechanism
(
see chapter 3.3.1, “Scissor mechanism”)
- Service the scissor mechanism and lubricate or replace,
when necessary
- Poor cable connection for the ring switches
(loose contact)
- Analogue board AS1002 is defective (very rarely occurs)
or dirty (clean, when necessary)
- Observe the maintenance intervals for replacing the switches:
4 years or 2000 cycles
