TERUMO Corporation warrants that the product has been manufactured and packaged with reasonable care,
and will be free from defects under normal and proper use. TERUMO Corporation will not be liable for any
direct or indirect, incidental, special, general or consequential loss, damage, or expense from the use of this
product. TERUMO Corporation's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its option,
any product that it believes was defective at the time of shipment if notice thereof is receives before the
expiration date indicated on the package.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND ONLY WARRANTY OF TERUMO CORPORATION AND IS
EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ANY OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE SOLE REMEDIES AVAILABLE
TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY.
No agent, employee or representative of TERUMO Corporation has any Authority to change, Amend or alter
the foregoing or assume or bind TERUMO Corporation to any additional liability or responsibility in connection
with this product.
