In the home screen, touch Seings4Maintenance and Service4Monitoring.

Congure the instrument monitoring seings.

Monitoring
Service
Slide the control On to enable the Remote Monitoring Service.
Enabling the Remote Monitoring Service allows the instrument
to automatically notify Thermo Fisher Scientific support teams in
real time of potential instrument issues. The service monitors
and sends general instrument data, but the service does not
monitor or send customer data.

Cloud Monitor
Slide the control On to enable users to access real‑time
monitoring of amplification plots from the Thermo Fisher Cloud
dashboard.

Touch OK.
In the home screen, touch Seings4Maintenance and Service4Instrument
Statistics to view the following statistics.
• Disk Space Remaining (MB)
• Block Cycle Count
• Block Degrees Climbed
• LED Life
• RNase P Status

In the home screen, touch Seings4Maintenance and Service4Log.

Touch Instrument Run Log to view the log records.
3.
(Optional) Touch a category on the left to lter the log table by event type.
4.
(Optional) Touch an individual log record to view details.
5.
(Optional) Export log records:
• Touch Export4
USB.
• Touch Export4 Cloud, then touch Export.
• Touch Export4 Network.
Manage Users
In the home screen, touch Seings4Manage Users to access the following
functions.
“Require instrument prole sign-in (Administrator only)“ on page 37.
“Manage the Sign Out Timer (Administrator only)“ on page 37.
“Manage all instrument proles (Administrator only)“ on page 37.
