Program 30: Allows standard telephone devices to dial ‘#’ to separate the dialled number and
the “Sub-Address”.
Program 39: Assigns line access buttons and a “Sub-Address” key for Digital or Electronic
key telephones.
Program 40: Assigns station access to lines (incoming and outgoing)
Program 41: Assigns station access to lines (outgoing only)
Program *42-1~2: Assigns the RBSU circuits as the primary & secondary timing source.
Programs 45~48: Defines Toll Restriction for any line.
Program *45: Assigns unused port numbers to have a translation number assigned that allows
calls to be routed to another number (e.g. home telephone number for Teleworking).
Programs 50~56: Defines Least Cost Routing assignments (incl. Program 55 which allows
“Sub-Address” information to be included in the modified digit string when calls are routed
via LCR).
Program *60: Assign each circuit for line (TE) or station (NT)
Program *61-1: Allows a bearer service of “speech” or “3.1kHz” to be set for analogue
exchange line calls using ISDN channels for outgoing calls (e.g. DISA or Call Forward
External)
Program *61-1~3: Assigns a Bearer Service and Transmit and Receive levels for Analogue to
digital trunk connections.
Program *62-1~3: Assigns a Bearer Service and Transmit and Receive levels for Analogue
station to Digital trunk connections
Program *63-1: Assigns a “Sub-Address Timeout” facility between dialled number and
“Sub-Address” information being sent to line
Program *63-2: Assigns a system “Inter Digit Pause Timeout” to start after a valid trunk
access code has been dialled
Programs 71~75: Assigns the stations that are to be members of the system groups nominated
(as per the settings in Preogram *09 ).
Program 76: Assigns Alpha Tagging to system groups nominated (as per Program *09).
Program 78: Assigns special ringing of lines; includes Night Ring Over Page, DISA, Remote
Maintenance via the Internal Maintenance Modem (IMDU), and integrated Auto Attendant.
Programs 81~89: (DEL Mode only)
Assigns lines to ring selected stations
Assigns Delayed Ringing to any line.
Program 93: Assigns names to lines
Step 2: Set Option Switches/Jumpers
Set all option switches and jumpers on the RBSU and RBSS PCBs before plugging the
RBSS onto the RBSU or inserting the RBSU into the system. Switch/jumper
information and locations are shown in Figures 3-26, 3-27, and Table 3-14.
