Station Considerations
For configuration purposes, any device which is connected to a dedicated telephone circuit is
considered a “station.” Although the words “telephone” and “station” are often used
interchangeably in Strata DK40 documentation, they should be considered stations when
configuring a system since they require a dedicated telephone circuit. A station apparatus
overview is shown in Table 1-7.
