◆ If the RPTU (PRI) PCB and any combination of TCOU, PCOU, RBSU (TE) TBSS
(TE), PEMU or PACU PCBs are installed in the same DK40 the maximum combined
numbers of exchange lines must not exceed 12. The RPTU PCB may only be installed
in slots 15 or 17 of the DK40 Expansion KSU. The next highest slot adjacent to the
RPTU PCB must be vacant. All other line PCBs (TBSU (TE), RBSU (TE), TCOU,
PCOU, PACU & PEMU must be installed in lower slot numbers than the RPTU PCB
(See Chapter 3 – DK40 Universal Slot PCBs, “RPTU ISDN Primary Rate Interface
Unit” on Page 3-29 for more information)
Important!
Toshiba strongly recommend that the RPTU PCB is installed in Slot 17.
