Installing the Battery Pack
To install the battery pack, follow the steps below and refer to figures 4-1 and 4-2.
CAUTION: The battery pack is a lithium ion battery which can explode if not properly
replaced, used, handled or disposed of. Dispose of the battery as required by local
ordinances or regulations. Use only batteries recommended by Toshiba as replacements.
NOTE: Check the battery's terminals visually. If they are dirty, wipe them clean with a
dry cloth.
1. Seat a new or recharged battery pack.
2. Carefully push the battery pack toward the connectors.
3. Slide the battery lock to the right to secure the battery pack.
