What to do if my TRUE SOLTEC CFM-BL10Pro Monitor shows false judgement and stops the crimping machine?
    • C
      carloshowardAug 15, 2025
If the TRUE SOLTEC Monitor frequently makes false judgements, stopping the crimping machine, consider the following: * If you are using low rigidity crimping machines or have unstable crimping locations, consider using FTW sensors. * Maintain the applicator and crimpers regularly if you observe improper crimping range (crimp height) or worn crimpers. * Check if the Adaptive function is OFF. Refer to 5.3.1. System setting 1 for how to turn on the Adaptive function. * Set the Alignment to 40% on the right. In case of using servo crimping machines, you should set at 70% on the left. * Open the “Trigger” screen and set an appropriate trigger level. You can also consider using our proximity trigger to help adjust the trigger level more correct.

Why is my TRUE SOLTEC Monitor CFM-BL10Pro not showing a force curve after crimping?
    • J
      janet34Aug 18, 2025
If the TRUE SOLTEC Monitor CFM-BL10Pro doesn't display a force curve after crimping, it could be due to an inappropriate trigger level. Lower the trigger level from the PC software. Alternatively, the sensor output or sensor position may have a problem. Check the sensor position and its fixing screw.

What to do if my TRUE SOLTEC CFM-BL10Pro cannot detect critical defective samples?
    • J
      Jordan CuevasAug 22, 2025
If the TRUE SOLTEC Monitor cannot detect critical defective samples, check these potential causes: * Ensure the PSS sensor is correctly installed. If a base plate type sensor FTW is used, verify the preload is correctly done, as inaccurate sensor installation and deteriorated sensor sensitivity can be the cause. * Adjust the trigger level to a proper position if the timing of Auto trigger force curve capturing is incorrect, preventing the CFM from recognizing the original force curve of crimping. * Revise the tolerance setting if the area divisions of the T1/T2/T3 are incorrect, as this can prevent the CFM from recognizing differences between good and bad samples.

What to do if my TRUE SOLTEC Monitor is unable to connect to PC?
    • L
      Lynn HowardAug 26, 2025
If your TRUE SOLTEC Monitor is unable to connect to a PC, there are a few things you can check: * Ensure the CFM power is turned on while being connected. If it was off, turn it on and try connecting to the PC again. * If the USB port may have a problem, unplug the USB cable and restart the software Pro-Master Premium, then reconnect them. * If the CFM is not recognized correctly on the PC, refer to 6.2.6 COM port setting for how to set a COM port.

What to do if my TRUE SOLTEC Monitor cannot detect subtle defective samples?
    • S
      Sierra GordonAug 28, 2025
To address the issue of the TRUE SOLTEC Monitor not detecting subtle defective samples, crimp the defective samples you want to detect and find the tolerance that CFM can detect the defective samples with. Then check if the false judgements occurred with the tolerance are acceptable.
