Troubleshooting
E3206 Ribbon Pull
Through
The ribbon supply is being pulled by the substrate.
Remove the cassette and check that the ribbon and substrate
are not stuck together.
Refit the cassette and then press the Clear button, to try and
clear the fault message. If the fault clears, the printer will 
automatically recalibrate.
This fault may be due to momentary adhesion of the ribbon to
the substrate, which can be caused if printhead pressure and
darkness are set excessively high. In turn, these may have
been set too high to overcome print quality problems that
may arise from a dirty printhead or an old printhead that is
due to be replaced.
Please clean the printhead and check that the darkness and
printhead pressure settings are nominal.
Once resolved and ready, press Clear button and re-try. If the
problem still persists, contact your maintenance engineer.

Fault
Ribbon Feed Fault. The ribbon is not feeding correctly. Check
that the ribbon is feeding correctly and that the cassette rollers
can rotate freely without obstruction.
If the problem persists, contact your maintenance engineer.

Sensor
The optical sensors are dirty or obstructed.
Remove the cassette, wipe clean the optical sensors and check
for obstructions.
Refit the cassette and then press the Clear button. The printer
will automatically retry the calibration.
The optical calibration sensors are reporting that there is an
obstruction in their view. If this fault still appears after 
clearing any dirt or obstruction, please check that all the
LED's are illuminating correctly and check the connectors and
cabling for damage.
Refit the cassette and then press the Clear button. The printer
will automatically retry the calibration.
