4. Disassemble
4.1 Injection valve
1) Make sure that the test bench has no
pressure.
2) Remove the spray can from the valve
holder 94273.
3) Disconnect the HP hose 94272E is
from the connecting piece 94272B, see
Fig. 1.
4) Disconnect the leakage oil hose
94272D from the injection valve (1).
5) Turn the valve holder through 180_ into
the vertical position (see Fig. 3).
6) Use a spanner and adapter 94269C-55
to carefully loosen the clamping nut (7)
(AF55).
7) Remove the clamping nut (7).
D It is not recommended but possible to
replace the nozzle tip with the needle
installed. If you do so, proceed carefully
with chapter 5.
8) Use the wrench 94269A-70 and the
hydraulic cylinder 94269B to loosen
coupling nut (6).
9) Remove the coupling nut (6).
10) Remove the nozzle body (2) together
with the nozzle needle (5) and the
nozzle tip (4).
Note: The nozzle needle (5) and nozzle
body (2) are machined together so
that their sealing surfaces have
the same contours. Keep these
items together or replace them
together.
11) If it is necessary to remove the nozzle
tip (4) from the nozzle body (2), do the
procedure in paragraph 5
12) Remove the spring tensioner (3) and
the compression spring (8)
13) Push out the tappet(9) and check if it
moves freely inside the nozzle holder
(10).
