2. Disassembly
1) Remove the two pipes (4, Fig. 2).
2) Remove the oil inlet pipe (5) and the two non-return valves (6).
3) Remove the six bolts (3).
4) Remove the four bolts (1).

5) Attach two eye bolts 94045-M30, (Fig. 3) to the top cylinder (2, 1800kg).
6) Attach the chain 94325 to the eye bolts 94045-M30.
7) Attach two shackles 94019P to the gallery.
8) Attach one round sling 94038-011 to each shackle 94019P at the gallery and connect
the link 94321P to the round slings.
9) Attach the manual chain block 94016-011 to the link 94321P and the chain 94325.
10) Operate the manual chain block 94016-011 to lift the top cylinder (2).
11) Take the top cylinder over with the engine room crane and move the Lower the top
cylinder on to an applicable surface.
