5. Installation
1) Remove all of the protection from the
sealing faces (SF) in the valve housing
(15, Fig. 4), the intermediate piece (11)
and the servo oil pump.
2) Apply oil to the the threads of all the
screws (3, 5, 7, 9 and 12)
3) Carefully put the HP servo oil pipe (10)
in position in the valve housing (15)
and the intermediate piece (11).
4) Torque symmetrically the four
screws (12) to 60 Nm.
5) Torque symmetrically the four
screws (9) to 60 Nm.
6) Attach the intermediate piece (11) to
the plate with the two screws and
nuts (7). Do not tighten the screws and
nuts (7) at this step.
7) Carefully put the HP servo oil pipe (4)
in position in the intermediate
piece (11) and the valve housing (1).
8) Torque symmetrically the four
screws (5) to 60 Nm.
9) Torque symmetrically the four
screws (3) to 60 Nm.
10) Tighten the screws (7) on the
intermediate piece (11).
11) Tighten the screw plug (14).
12) Install the stirrup bolts (2, Fig. 1).
