5. Nozzle tip − replace
5.1 Removal
D It is not recommended but possible to
replace the nozzle tip (1) with the nozzle
needle (2) installed. Remove only
clamping nut according to paragraph (4).
1) Disassemble the injection valve, see
paragraph 4.
2) Remove the nozzle needle (2) out of
nozzle body (3).
3) Attach the nozzle body (3) with
coupling nut (4) to the injection valve
(1) on the injection test bench.
4) Screw the hex nut D1 (94278A) over
the nozzle body (3).
5) Put the plate D2 in the clearance
between the nozzle body (3) and the
nozzle tip (1).
6) Turn the hex nut D1 upwards to
withdraw the nozzle tip (1). Do it
carefully if the needle is installed.
