Fuel Pump Actuator
Connection to Fuel Pump
1. General
The Heinzmann WEA−40 electrical actuator connects to the regulating rack of the
high−pressure fuel pump to regulate the fuel flow to the engine and thus the common
rail pressure.

Note: Make sure that the cable glands of the actuator are correctly tightened.
Make sure that the gasket on the top cover of the actuator terminal box is
in the correct position the bolts are tight. It is imperative that no foreign
particles or liquid can enter the actuator.
