2. Removal
1) Remove all pipes from fuel pressure control valve (1, Fig. 2).
2) Use the manual ratchets and connect the PCV (48.3 kg) to the crane.
3) Loosen the screws (8).
4) Use the crane to move the PCV in arrow direction, taking care that intermediate ring
(3) and connection piece (4) do not fall down.
3. Installation
1) Use the manual ratchets and the crane to move the PCV over the fuel rail.
2) Put the PCV in position on the fuel rail.
3) Apply Never-Seez NSBT-8 to the screw threads (8).
4) Put the new O-rings (6 and 7) into the grooves of intermediate ring (3).
5) Attach the intermediate ring (3) over the location pin (2) and insert the connection
piece (4).
6) Attach the PCV to intermediate piece (5) with screws (8) and tighten them crosswise
with a torque of 190 Nm.
