Adjusting Parking Brake
CAUTION
• Stop the engine and chock the wheels before checking
parking brake pedal.
1. Check free travel of the parking brake pedal (1).
2. If adjustment is needed, pull the parking release lever (2) to
release the parking brake, and then loosen the lock nut (3) and
the adjust nut (4).
3. Adjust the adjust nut (4) to leave no space between the collar
and the brake lever (5).
4. Retighten the lock nut (3).

Checking Fuel Line
1. Check to see that all fuel lines (1) and hose clamps (2) are tight
and not damaged.
2. If fuel lines (1) and hose clamps (2) are found worn or damaged,
replace or repair them at once.
NOTE
• If the fuel line is removed, be sure to properly bleed the fuel
system.

Checking Intake Air Line
1. Check to see that hoses (2) and hose clamps (1) are tight and
not damaged.
2. If hoses (2) and hose clamps (1) are found worn or damaged,
replace or repair them at once.
