2. Figure 2, remove the BM PWB.

Replacement
CAUTION
Figure 2, ensure the BM harness and bin 2 harness are correctly positioned in the retainers to
prevent damaged when the BM is moved to the extremities of its travel.
1. Reverse the removal procedures to replace the BM PWB.
2. The booklet maker PWB is supplied with a label with the customized NVM values for the
new BM PWB. Enter the values into the machine dC131 NVM Read/Write at Finisher/DFA
Location 12.
Check and perform the adjustments that follow:
• ADJ 12.5-171 Booklet Tamping
• ADJ 12.6-171 Booklet Compiling Position.
• ADJ 12.7-171 Booklet Crease Position
• ADJ 12.8-171 Booklet Staple Position

Disconnect all PWB
PJs.

If necessary, release harnesses
from the retainers to allow the
PWB to be removed.

Remove 8 screws and
remove the PWB.
