WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Dis-
connect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not
need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the scan assembly, REP 8.
2. Remove the middle cover, REP 12.
3. Remove the fuser, REP 16.0.
4. Remove the engine shield, REP 17.
5. Remove 4 screws securing the paper path
frame and remove it in the direction of the
arrow, Figure 1.

6. Remove the transfer roller from the frame,

7. Remove the screw securing the solenoid-
MP and remove it, Figure 3.

Replacement
Replacement is the reverse of the removal
procedure.
