ERROR
(SERVO2)
--- The position deviation pulse has
exceeded the threshold.
• Turn the power OFF and back ON.
• Check the settings for manipulator motion
condition (influence by external force, load
condition).
• Check the connections of a motor power
line and an encoder line.
• Replace the SERVOPACK.
4866 OPEN PHASE
(SERVO2)
--- The voltage of one of three-phase
input power supplies to SERVO-
PACK has dropped.
• Turn the power OFF and back ON.
• Check the connection of a three-phase
power supply to SERVOPACK.
• Replace the SERVOPACK.
4867 OVERLOAD
WARNING
(SERVO2)
--- The motor is overloaded. • Turn the power OFF and back ON.
• Check the settings for manipulator motion
condition (influence by external force, load
condition).
• Check the connections of a motor power
line and an encoder line.
• Replace the SERVOPACK.

--- Regeneration energy exceeds the
tolerance when the motor deceler-
ates.
• Turn the power OFF and back ON.
• Check the settings for manipulator motion

• Check the regenerative resistor capacity.

age drop of the absolute encoder
battery.
• Turn the power OFF and back ON.
• Check the battery connection.
• Replace the battery.
• Replace the SERVOPACK.
