You can adjust the Pocket PC settings according to your personal preferences
and install other programs.
Adjusting Settings
To see available options, tap
> Settings > Personal or System tab located
at the bottom of the screen. The following utilities allow you to adjust the
settings based on your personal work style.

Clock & Alarms, to change the time or to set alarms

Menus, to customize what appears on the menu, and to enable a
pop-up menu from the New button
