5.4.1 Offset Error (Internal Mixer Mode)
This section describes how to measure the difference between the frequency output from the frequency
generator and the frequency reading on FM Demod.
In the R3132 series, the frequency is phase locked on the signal generator’s 10 MHz reference signal.
Specification:
≤ (4% of the screen display range + K + Frequency reading × Frequency reference accuracy)
K: 8 kHz (Screen display range: 2.5 MHz to 250 kHz)
2 kHz (Screen display range: 100 kHz to 10 kHz)
