ters for traffic classification.
• Maps forwarding classes to the queues.
• Defines FC to remarking values.
• Defines CIR levels and PIR weights that determines how the
queue gets prioritized by the scheduler.

Configures the maximum bandwidth available for traffic sent
out of a specified port.
