Figure NTP 160-3: Fiber cable routing for the I-211M-L ONT within the Just Inside
enclosure
iii For the I-211M-L ONT, route the SC/APC fiber optic cable to the ONT as
shown in Figure NTP 160-3.
iv Position the I-211M-L indoor ONT within the Just Inside enclosure, as
shown in Figure NTP 160-8.
v Secure the I-211M-L indoor ONT within the Just Inside enclosure.
vi Go to step 6.
Warning — Be careful to maintain a bend radius of no less than 1.5
inches (3.8 cm) when connecting the fiber optic cable. Too small of a
bend radius in the cable can result in damage to the optic fiber.
Note — Observe the following:
• Do not overtighten the ONT bracket when securing the I-211M-L
indoor ONT to the Just Inside enclosure. The unit can become
skewed and compromise the environmental seal of the ONT mounted
in the outdoor enclosure.
