Live view pictures not fluent
Possible Reasons:
a) The frame rate is not set to 25fps real-time frame rate.
Steps:
1. Check the parameters of Main Stream (Normal) and Main Stream (Event).
Select “Menu > Video > Encoding > Record”, and set the resolution of Main
Stream (Event) the same as the one of Main Stream (Normal).
2. Verify the frame rate is real-time frame rate.
Select “Menu > Video> Encoding > Record”, and set the Frame rate to Full
Frame.
When using the device to get the live view audio, there is no sound or there is
too much noise, or the volume is too low.
Possible Reasons:
a) Cable between the audio device and DVR is not connected correctly, there are
impedance mismatches or incompatibilities.
b) The stream type in the DVR menu is not set to “Video & Audio”.
Steps:
1. Verify the cable between the audio unit and DVR is connected correctly,
impedance matches and they are compatible.
2. Verify the setting parameters are correct.
Select “Menu > Video > Encoding > Record” and set the Stream Type as
“Audio & Video”.
No record file found on the DVR local HDD and the prompt “No record file
found” displays when you search for recorded files.
Possible Reasons:
a) The time setting is incorrect.
b) The search condition is incorrect.
c) The HDD is in error or not detected.
Steps:
1. Verify the system time setting is correct.
Select Menu > Setup > General and verify the Device Time is correct.
2. Verify the search condition is correct.
Select Playback, and verify the channel and time are correct.
3. Verify the HDD status is normal.
Select Menu > Drives > General” to view the HDD status, and verify the
HDD is detected and can be read and written normally.
