Linear Mode Operation
Continue at beginning. — Select this option to continue
recording images from the beginning of the image database. When
the database becomes full, the unit behaves as if circular mode is
selected, recording over the oldest images.
When you select this option, a warning screen appears. If the
database contains unarchived images, refer to Unarchived Images on
page 169. Otherwise, refer to Archived Images on page 169.
Begin recording later. — Select this option if you do not want to
record any images to the database until later. Click the Begin
Record button on the Utility Options screen to start recording
images (see Utility Options on page 105).
Help — Click to display online help for the screen.
Unarchived Images Before it starts recording at the beginning of the database, the unit
confirms your decision. If the database contains unarchived
images, select one of the following options and click OK:
Select Yes to start recording again. Select No to cancel the operation
and return to the database full screen (see Database Full on
page 168). Click Help to display online help for the screen.
Archived Images Before it starts recording at the beginning of the database, the unit
confirms your decision. If the database contains only archived
images, select one of the following options and click OK:
Select Yes to start recording again. Select No to cancel the operation
and return to the database full screen (see Database Full on
page 168). Click Help to display online help for the screen.
