CONSIDERATIONS
The Intellex unit manages user activity through a system of user
names and personal identification numbers (PINs). When
changing users at the login screen, the unit checks the PIN against
the user list. If the PIN and name are valid, you gain access to all of
your assigned privileges.
The unit denies access to unassigned privileges in one of two ways:
Disabled options — The option is grayed out and does not
function.
Alert messages — An alert message may appear, describing the
situation and/or suggesting an alternate action.
Your privileges are managed by the system administrator, who
maintains the user list and assigns user names, PINs and system
privileges. If you cannot access a feature, or you have questions
regarding your privileges, contact the system administrator.
