Setup Options Screen
SETUP OPTIONS
SCREEN
Access each system setting through the Setup Options screen. Click
the Setup button on the main screen. The Setup Options screen
appears.
NOTE: You must possess the appropriate privilege to access a
setup option (see Security Setup on page 39).
Select one of the following options:
Cameras — Click to access the Camera Setup screens. Use these
screens to configure the names and termination settings for each
camera (see Cameras Setup on page 31).
Text — Click to access the Text Stream Setup screen. Use to add,
edit or delete text streams.
Audio — Click to access the Audio Setup screen. Use to define audio
text streams and associate with one or more camera.
Security — Click to access the Security Setup screens. Use these
screens to assign the name, personal identification number (PIN)
and privileges for each user (see Security Setup on page 39).
Schedule — Click to access the Schedule Setup screens. Use these
screens to define how the unit records images in this installation,
including daytime and nighttime operation, and weekday,
weekend and holiday operation (see Schedule Setup on page 45).
Record Mode — Click to access the Record Mode screen. Use this
screen to define how the unit records regular (nonalarm) images
(see Record Mode Setup on page 76).
Alarms — Click to access the Alarm Setup screens. Use these
screens to define how the unit responds to various alarm conditions
(see Alarms Setup on page 78).
Display — Click to access the Display Setup screens. Use these
screens to define the display settings and to assign cameras to
specific locations in each live display format (see Display Setup on
page 82).
Date/Time — Click to access the Date/Time Setup screens. Use
these screens to define the system date and time, which are encoded
on each image (see Date/Time Setup on page 84).
Port Address — Click to access the Port Address setup screen. Use
this screen to specify a fixed port address for the Intellex unit to use
for connecting to a network (see Port Address Setup on page 86).
